Team building is a very exciting topic. As a foundation for creating leverage in your business, it leads to freedom and happiness.
Things have changed dramatically in the past couple of years. There are more, great people available to you than ever before. How are you taking advantage of this?
What if your team could take half or more of the work you are currently doing off of your plate? Do you think this is possible? How are you helping to shape your current team to delegate more?
How much time should you be investing with them? My answer is, all of it, or at least as much as possible in order to make your business less dependent on you.
Could you be doing more than you are doing now? I find this is almost always the case.
